All bouquets / flower arrangements are unique, and created from fresh seasonal flowers, your bouquet going to be a very similar one, like the one on the photo, but I can not guarantee you the exact same flowers in it, just the style and colour range unless you ordered red roses, red roses are always red roses obviously that can not be replaced with anything else. The other type of the flowers depend on the season, and the availability in the wholesaler. If you looking for an authentic bouquet created from different flowers, you are at the right place.

I always send a photo about your order before I deliver it, if you really don't like it you can say and we can find a solution. Thereafter I can not accept any further complains or returns.

I like to deliver the flowers between a suggested time frame, you have the opportunity to indicate your preferred time frame, if that does't work for me I will contact you after I received your order request.

In case the receiver is not at home in the suggested hour, I will leave a note that she or he can contact me because of their "surprise"/ or I leave it at a safe place if I get information about it and also inform the sender about the situation. The best is to give a phone number from the receiver, so I can contact her/him about the delivery. Thank you.
